Hi folks!
In 2024, I left my full-time Vice President position in the Clinical Trials industry to fully dedicate my efforts to Dani D. Consulting. This transition enabled me to take on clients across various industries, providing tailored support to meet their unique needs.
As a life-long “Jacqueline of All Trades”, I was ready to launch into my own, self-made, and self-run business. I use my skill sets across various industries to help other individuals and businesses achieve their goals, especially those individuals and businesses that are from or run by underrepresented communities.

I’m a Mom of two wildly independent and stubborn children.
They are kind, courageous, generous, and light-hearted humans. They are also stubborn and hilarious. Shoutout to my husband who is not only my best friend and love of my life, but also the most incredible dad to our babies!
I was raised in Tennessee by my sweet Mom and, drum roll please, I don’t have a southern accent! I can put on an accent and sometimes it comes out if I’m talking with someone who has a southern accent, but in general, I am accent-agnostic! And GO VOLS!
I started dancing ballet, jazz, tap, and gymnastics at 3. By 8, I focused on ballet with some jazz. In college, I discovered partner dancing, including salsa and bachata, and tried ballroom. In my mid-20s, I found West Coast Swing, which I now avidly compete in and teach.
